~What if I don't have a paypal account?
Once you've added your items to the cart click on Checkout. You will be directed to paypal's login but you do not have to have an account to order. Look in the bottom left hand corner and you will see "Don't have a PayPal account?" click on the continue button there and it will direct you to where you can safely enter your card info. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
~Do you ship outside of the US?
Yes - we currently offer $18.95 flat rate shipping for our International customers.
~Is Nourish Baby Organics available for wholesale?
Absolutely. If you are a retailer and would like to offer your customers a purely organic skincare line then you’ve come to the right place.
To become a Nourish Organics authorized retailer, please email us here with information about your store (web address, location, etc.). We will contact you as soon as we review your information and we look forward to learning more about your unique shop.
~Is your baby wash tear-free?
No. You will want to avoid the eye area when cleansing your baby. Most tear-free formulas contain a chemical anesthetic to numb the eyes and that is why ours is not. If the wash does get in the eyes just gently flush with water.
~Are the products USDA certified?
Yes! Every product we make has been certified USDA Organic by the Kentucky Department of Agriculture.
~Are your products sulfate-free?
Yes!
~Are your products Fair Trade certified?
While our products are not yet certified by the Fair Trade commission, many of our ingredients are. Many others are working through the certification process and that plays a role in our ingredient selection process. We are working toward Fair Trade certification for ourselves as well.
~Are your products Cruelty-Free?
As in our Fair Trade situation, we are working on this certification. A number our ingredients already bear the Cruelty-Free symbol, but we will not be able to officially use this on our labels until our suppliers attain their certification.
